Prophet Muhammad's Legacy: Serving Orphans in Somaliland during the Last 10 Days of Ramadan

Prophet Mohammad (SAAW) on Orphans

The last ten days of Ramadan are a time of increased devotion, reflection, and generosity. It is during this time that we remember the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who showed us the importance of caring for the most vulnerable members of our communities, especially orphans. In fact, the Prophet Muhammad himself was an orphan, and he knew firsthand the challenges and hardships that these children face.

Over 43,000 Orphans

In Somaliland, there are currently over 43,000 orphans, many of whom have lost their parents to conflict, poverty, and disease. These children face immense challenges in accessing basic necessities like food, water, shelter, and education. The Riyo Raac Foundation is committed to supporting these orphans by providing financial assistance to orphan care centers, digging water wells in drought-stricken areas, and providing medical equipment to healthcare centers.

Support Us

This Ramadan, we urge you to join us in supporting the orphans of Somaliland. Your donations can make a significant impact in their lives, especially during the last ten days of Ramadan when the rewards for charitable giving are multiplied. Your support can help ensure that these vulnerable children have access to the basic necessities they need to survive and thrive. Let us remember the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and follow in his footsteps by caring for those in need.

Laylatul Qadr

As we approach Laylatul Qadr, the Night of Power, the reward for our good deeds is multiplied many times over. This is the perfect opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the orphans of Somaliland. Your donation can provide food, clean water, and a safe place to sleep for a child who has lost everything. It can help provide an education that will open doors to a brighter future. It can help ease the burden on healthcare centers that are struggling to provide care to those in need. Let us take advantage of this blessed time and give generously to those who need it most.
