Martin CJ Mongiello
MBA, MA, MCFE
Mr. Mongiello is a 30-year retired US Navy veteran. He is a global CEO and CMO expert business and marketing plan author of ten books. His service in the US Embassy and State Department system spans three continents with eleven languages and two master’s degrees. As a White House military aide to the President and first lady, he has been a GM of the Camp David Resort, a White House Chef, hotelier, restaurateur and wears surface and nuclear submarine warfare pins as a heavily decorated veteran.
Robert J. Marro
Member of the Board of Directors
Senior US Foreign Commercial Service (retired) Commissioned in US State Dept and sent to Malaysia as Asst Commercial Officer, Robert Marro was the only junior officer selected into the new US Foreign Commercial Service. His reputation for innovative new programs then saw him promoted to higher assignments to US Embassies in London, Singapore, Paris and Ottawa, then to Washington to Direct all commercial operations in Africa, the Near East & South Asia. Winning a Silver Medals for creating expert geographic teams, and another for managing the aftermath of the US Embassy Nairobi bombing, he was asked to create a worldwide training center for the Commercial Service. As a top expert on Business and Government in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, he has worked on a very wide range of private major projects with US and local companies there. He was also named the most Outstanding Civic Affairs volunteer in Fairfax County VA in 2016 for his work as Trustee of the All-Dulles Area Muslim Society, the 2nd largest Mosque in America.

He is also a Rotarian, an ecopreneur, and an anti-corruption activist who works remotely with companies worldwide. Istiaque has helped generate revenue-generating opportunities for small businesses and created social media content for non-profit organizations. He aims to impact the planet positively.

Yusuf Kheire

Yusuf Kheire is the treasure of RRF, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Yusuf is the Founder and Managing Director of Kheire and Associates (K&A). K & A is a full-service certified public accounting firm and business consulting firm located in United States. K & A provides a wide range of services in the areas of accounting, auditing, tax planning and preparations, financial and management consulting services. Yusuf has over 30 years of auditing, accounting, tax, and financial management experience. Before founding K & A, Yusuf worked for United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Inspector General, Office of Audit Services for 16 years starting as junior auditor and then rose through the ranks to become an Audit Manager. As an Audit Manager, Yusuf managed and directed team of auditors to conduct a wide range and complex financial compliance and performance audits of over 300 HHS programs grants and contracts. In 2005, Yusuf left HHS and joined the United States Department of Education, Office of Chief Financial Officer, as a Director of Internal Audit Division. Yusuf served as a director for over 8 years and was responsible for directing all facets of internal audit including internal control review, business process assessment, and enterprise risk assessment. Yusuf is a graduate of the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a dual major in finance and accounting. Yusuf is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of North Carolina, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Dr. Iman Suleiman Aidid
Medical Doctor for RFF
Dr. Iman Suleiman Aidid, Somalilander Medical Doctor, she recently moved from Sudan where she did her residency. She was born and raised in United Arab Emirates. Dr. Aidid is multilingual, fluent in English, Somali, Mandarin, and Arabi, trained as Internal Medicine in China, graduated 2017 from Daliane Medical University. She is currently working on getting her US board certification. Dr. Aidid dreams to one day open a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in Somaliland, which is terribly needed because there aren’t much dialysis clinics and or proper healthcare system. Aidid is the Secretary of the Riyo Raac Foundation
Abdirashid Mohamoud Ali
Executive Director of RFF
Eng. Abdirashid Mohamoud Ali, Executive Director of Riyo Raac Foundation, Hargeisa, Somaliland branch is retired Chairman of Somaliland Government Electoral Commission. He was credited the best person to hold election in the history of SL 2021 Abdirashid is also former Minister of Livestock of Somaliland and current Mr. Abdirashid was instrumental in founding and sustaining these, Orphans Centers. He is the sole organizer and breach between supporters and centers. He oversees the operations and expansions on the ground of Wadaamo Go and Qori Lugud Orpah cares centers. Mr. Abdirashid is a trustee of these two centers. He Oversees the operations and currently planning to secure sufficient and sustainable energy and water for orphanage centers and sounding villages. He works closely with village elders and governmental entity to secure necessary resources for orphanages. Currently, the Largest OC center is expanding and building additional sections for higher studies. We are so lucky to have him leading our Riyo Raac Foundation Somaliland branch.
